If you are already a customer of First Chatham Bank and want to sign up for Online Banking, simply complete the enrollment form, print and bring it to a Customer Service Representative at any of our Savannah branch locations, or our Rincon and Springfield branches (First Effingham Bank) or our Richmond Hill location (Richmond Hill Bank). Upon becoming an Online Banking customer, you will receive an access ID and a temporary password, which will allow you to access your account information. Use of the password assigned to you will indicate to the Bank your acceptance of the terms and conditions governing your account(s). Upon entering the site, you will be prompted to change your password to a permanent one. If your password is lost or stolen, or if you believe that someone has knowledge of your password, you must notify the bank immediately. Failure to notify the bank promptly could result in loss of funds up to the limits allowed by applicable law. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your access ID and password. We recommend that you periodically change your password. You will also be asked to further authenticate yourself and the computer you are using to access online banking with the use of a passmark. Further information regarding the Enhanced Login Security can be found on our website under the “New Log-In Security” button. If your statement shows transfers that you did not make, notify First Chatham Bank immediately by coming into one of our many branch locations, by telephone at 912-754-2034 or in writing at P. O. Box 11167, Savannah, Georgia, 31412-1367. If you do not notify us within sixty (60) days after the statement has been mailed to you, you may not be able to recover the money lost.
